Rooted in Community. Centered in Healing.

These workshops are not just presentations—they are spaces for connection, reflection, and healing. Grounded in lived experience, cultural values, and trauma-informed care, each space is designed to feel safe, meaningful, and real.

As a Puyallup Tribal member, therapist, and community advocate, I bring both professional training and lived experience into these spaces—creating workshops that honor community, culture, and connection.

What Participants Are Saying

“I appreciated how they shared that silence is okay, less is more, and to be mindful about not taking up space or trying to ‘fix’ a situation. It’s about letting the child sit with the feeling while remaining a calm, safe presence.

The training had a great balance of information and nourishment—it wasn’t overwhelming. I left feeling rejuvenated and reconnected. I’m very grateful to have been part of it and look forward to being of service.” -Participant of Supporting Youth Through Grief & Loss: Caring Without Carrying It Alone

The following reflects a summary of participant evaluations from recent workshops:
Participants often share that these workshops feel different—more grounded, more meaningful, and more connected. Many describe leaving feeling supported, rejuvenated, and better equipped to be a steady, caring presence for youth and families. The balance of learning, reflection, and cultural connection continues to be one of the most valued parts of the experience.
